Module driver:pci - PCI BIOS32 driver

PCI BIOS32 driver. This driver provides access to PCI devices, principally to allow other drivers to enable/disable PCI devices, and to configure/discover the base address or I/O port ranges of the device. The interaction is currently handled using IOCTLs on the pci device-driver.
