Module app:sctl - Service control utility

Service control utility. This provides a command-line interface for controlling the service-core. Usage:

sctl <action>

Where action is one of:

list                            list loaded services
  list <service>                  list sub-services
  start <service> [options]       load service with the specified options
  stop <service>                  unload service
